Shuttle Service
WHY2025 has a Shuttle Service to help those arriving by public transport get to the event.

Shuttle Locations
The shuttle is from North-Side of Alkmaar Station to the Parking Area (shuttle drop-off zone).
Specifically; the station pick-up/drop-off location is on the North Side (near the P&R) in the drop off bays. Co-ordinates: 52.6384529,4.738036
We will provide appropriate signage at either end.
Shuttle Schedule
The shuttle does not run to a timetable and instead provides a number of vehicles with drivers depending on the projected demand.
During arrival and departure days, we aim to have all shuttles running at full capacity.
During the event, we aim to have coverage from 9am to midnight (subject to driver availability) and operate the shuttle on demand.

Accessible Shuttle
Team:Shuttle has one accessible shuttle. Please call +31 85 234 7488 and it will come and collect you.
Shuttle On-Demand
If the shuttle is on-demand, you can request pick up by posting in the Signal group (https://signal.group/#CjQKILwurozZeVCF4JTyPVwK4ThNKQDRZG7mNzM7SuYR4EeXEhCaXtbcEYXlDqBuw5S4ch7r) or phoning +31 85 234 7488.
The shuttle will then come and pick you up from North-side of the trainstation.
Shuttle Out of Band Requests
If your shuttle request is outside the shuttle operation (normal, or on-demand) ie. very late in the evening or very early then please:
- record your request below
- email shuttle@lists.why2025.org to confirm we can meet your request.
We don't guarantee we can provide service, the shuttle is not a taxi and it's dependent on a driver being willing to do an extra shift. We will do our best :)
