WHO
Warehouse is the team that buys things (tools and consumables) to be used on-site by the other teams. From early during buildup till late teardown, we operate an actual warehouse where angels can get the things they need. Additionally, we buy specific things for specific teams to make their lives easier, and to consolidate orders or even buy in bulk because that's cheaper (consider, for example, shipping fees).
WHY
Buying things last-minue (e.g. during build-up) gets very expensive, very fast, and it's stressful.
By asking you to request stuff way in advance, we can get a good idea of what we need to order in advance, so cost can be kept low, and quantities high. This also helps you, because if we can't arrange something you requested, you'll know in time. no surprises :)

To make certain we get the right things you need, please let us know what those things are. Include how many/much, and what kind.
For example,

Be specific, but not overly specific, because we actively look for opportunities to get something cheaper if we think it can fulfill your needs, or if it's easier to get.
If you think it might be helpful for us, feel free to include URLs or pictures.
Note that budget-wise, every item over 10 € counts towards your team's budget.

WHEN

We hope to start buying whenever there's good deals. We'll accept general request until June 1st, after this date we might not be able to order special stuff you need.
The goal is to have everything available on the field from day -7 (this may change).
WHAT
As a rule of thumb, we mostly do things that fit in boxes that can be carried by a single person.
Below is a general (and incomplete) list of wares we got for SHA and MCH, to give an idea of the things we intend to get for common use anyway. Let us know if you need something else.
