Sorry for the radio silence on our part, we have created this page to avoid having to send out manny mails with updates. Please check bach here if you want to know the latest status.
Thank you to those with missing merch, we have your order noted, we appreciate your patience! And also a thank you to those who've chosen to order merch after the conference !
We just wanted to give you an idea of the timeline - the webstore close on the 30th of September and all merchandise, especially the custom fabric that items such as the zip hoodie and the design tshirt require, takes time to produce.
We expect to be able to ship the Merch in December.
We regret this wasn't clear and thank you for supporting WHY2025, we hope you had a great camp and will enjoy your merch when it arrives!

| 11-04-2026 | After more unexpected delays (the fabrication process is not made for small batches) the final merch products are in production. The embroidery will start this week.
It is expected the final pieces will be in The Netherlands in a month. After that, all products will be shipped to your location or your location of pickup! |

| 21-01-2026 | All as per the previous update we have started shipping all items like Event T-Shirt, Tote bag, Towel, Cap's & bucket hat and socks that where available from after WHY production or left over Stock from the pre-WHY production.
Slow progress is still the case for the sizes of Design T-Shirts and Design-Hoodies that we did not have in stock but we remain committed in getting you the merch you ordered. |
| 29-12-2025 | Production of all other items (Event T-Shirt, Tote bag, Towel, Cap's & bucket hat) are ready.
Early January we will start shipping the orders that only contain those items. Shipping of orders that contain Design Hoodie and T-shirts will happen when once we have all items of your order. |
| 23-12-2025 | Just before Christmas we hoped to bring you presents under the tree, however the supplier is still working on the Design T-shirts and Design Hoodies and the Production of fabric for Design Hoodie and T-shirts is progressing slow. The complex fabric is causing lots of delays in production. As soon as all the merch has been produced and arrived in the netherlands, we will start shipping to people and hackerspace in the Netherlands.
Hope of receiving them at the end of December is gone after some of the printed fabric had the wrong color. We are now expecting arrival of design merch towards the end januari 2026 at the earliest. Keep you posted on progress. If all goes according to plan we start shipping early 2026. Keep you posted. |
