What
An in person sweatshop for anyone that wants to help WHY2025 make an awesome event.
This is the sweatshop to assemble the badge that will be handed out to visitors that enters the field with a valid ticket for WHY2025. This sweatshop is needed to assemble the badges so they can be handed out, flashing of firmware, screwing in front panels, placing keyboard, placing the spacer. All in all a long day ahead of us to assemble the badge.
The workshop will be intense and hard work, we will be working to put together all badges that are to be handed out at the entrance.

⚠️ Update 03/03:
Update regarding Delivery and Shipment Progress
We’re actively working to ensure everything stays on track and to speed up each step wherever possible.
We had a constructive exchange with FedEx, and they’re now supporting us in expediting the shipment through customs once it lands. This should help us save about a day in transit time.
Additionally, we’ve agreed with FedEx that we can pick up the delivery ourselves, which gives us more flexibility and can potentially avoid any delays on the final leg.

Attention -> We have an Update:
The latest FedEx system status now shows.
Shipment arrival: 07.08.2025 before 18:00 (6:00 PM).
This likely indicates a customs-related delay has occurred.
As a result: There will NOT be a sweatshop this weekend at Revspace.
All activity will now take place at the WHY2025 camp site instead.
Please check map.WHY2025.org to see where the BadgeTent is located.

This shipment was handled with professionalism and care.
The badges were properly declared in advance by a professional company that specializes in global shipping and manages customs paperwork at scale. They are experienced with all necessary forms and international regulations.
That said, once everything is submitted correctly, it’s ultimately up to customs authorities on the ground to decide whether to flag a shipment for inspection or let it proceed without delay. This is a standard part of international shipping, even with everything done by the book.
