SSH (Spanish Speaking Hackers)

Just a bunch of geek Spaniards providing entropy and arriving late to places: https://spanishspeakinghackers.github.io/

Contact

[1](pauloba) - DECT 7841

DECT phone

Don't forget your phone (only DECT, no GSM or SIP).

A DECT network is covering the camp fields, local phone traffic is best in DECT, please bring your DECT phone, and register it.

You can talk to other DECT phone users locally at the congress for FREE.

Volunteers

Have in mind that this is a self-organized event that exists thanks to volunteers.

Anyone can volunteer, and there's an entire team dedicated to organizing the volunteers: https://wiki.why2025.org/Team:Volunteers

  • DECT phones are specially useful if you plan on being an angel (volunteer):
  • Angels get an accreditation that should be worn hanging from their neck.
    • You probably have lanyards at home, bring them if you plan to be an angel to reduce waste, or bring some for other angels if you have plenty.

SSH village projects

The SSH village has a couple of simple ideas in mind for this WHY 2025.

Stickers

We plan to create a couple of cool sticker designs and print 100-200 copies to share the stickers with fellow campers.

Possible sticker providers:

Sticker designs for inspiration:

Other ideas:

  • Luigi self-design
  • Princess bubblegum soldering
  • Arcade insert coin button

Talks

Since we have a projector + computers -> random lightning talks, standard talks, POCs, etc. are welcome with or without slides/pdfs, any topic is good, technical or not.

Let us know about your knitting hacks, your rock climbing tricks, show us your favourite Open Source tools, share your hardware side-projects, teach us how to cook your favourite regional dish.

Add your talk to the table below and the preffered schedule.
