SNE is the University of Amsterdam master education in Security and Network Engineering. We used to be called System and Network Engineering until September 1, 2018. This new name more precisely describes the content of the programme. We focus on Open Standards, Open Software and Open Security, hence the name OS3. Last edition was a success where a lot of alumni and prospecting students got to meet each-other and we hope this will be a repeat of last time. In no way are we a commercial organisation or official representation for the UvA. This Village is managed and ran by alumni and ex-teachers of the master-programme. We are also affiliated to SURF B.V. but acting in a non-official capacity.
