This tells us that we can't scrap last parts of the terrain because we need the space. We are aiming for roughly 15Ha of usable space.
Things that are uncertain
- How bad will the part be where the liquicity main thing was - Can we use the triangle ? - Can we migrate east?
Weather
- summer 2024 was wet compaired to spring 2013
Scenario 1
The Dessert is as unusable as after Liquicity this year, roughly 20% of the total space. In this case: Can we migrate east? We could also put the large aluminium tents over some of the bad parts.
Scenario 2
The Dessert is usable, roughly 80% of the total space.

Scenario 3
- Triangle for family village.
- Extra bridge triangle-> dessert needed
- Dessert where the big tent of liquicity is placed is planned for not much, as it is expected to be most damaged
- The EHBO area might need improvements

- Ricefields must have some sanitation close to holywood, to make a emergancy plan possible.
Old State
I've changed the state of the team on the front page, for reference this is what we said before the meeting -- Uglyhack (talk) 19:03, 4 September 2024 (CEST)
- WHY2025 will take place 11 days after liquicity 2025 (Timeline). So about a week after Liquicity 2024, we had a field day, and discovered that the southwest part of the field was in really bad state.
- This part of the field had previously been considered prime real estate due to the flatness, the road going through it, and the infrastructure. There is a chance it will be in better shape in 2025, but we don't feel it's wise to count on it.
- The mapping was delayed as we discussed the possibilities.
- A new mapping session will take place on Sunday Sep 1. We hope to have one or more candidate rough drafts after that.
