It's not usable for events due to the single entrance/exit. It seems to be used as a dumping site for green waste right now. With the state it's in in august 2024, a few people with gardening equipment can probably make a nice area out of it, but it will take some effort. I estimate a triangular area of with sides of length 12, 17 and 13 could be cleared (so about 77 square meter)."
