What we do?
The Team:PartyArea is an exciting addition to the Why 2025 hacker event, designed to provide a vibrant and immersive experience for attendees. As a space where technology, music, and creativity come together, the party area aims to foster networking, relaxation, and entertainment after an intense day of hacking, discussions, and workshops.

Goals and Vision
- Immersive Experience: Combining electronic music, light shows, and interactive installations to create an unforgettable atmosphere.

We are in the progress of making the final budget.
We need budget for:
- Stage -> already arranged by Netsmurf.
- Audio -> make a list for podium to be order via SpykerSound
- Video -> to be discussed if needed, idea is to have a moviescreen at somewhere arcade-bar (tbd who does this)
- Lighting -> we have to make a list for lights to be ordered via SpykerSound (ask Emiel/Nanne)
- Music -> via Team Entertainmant (Erik), who will contact artists/DJ's
- Deco -> ask Team Flags for input for how to make banners for the stage.
Stage:
We are exploring the possibility of taking over the stage setup from the Liquicity Festival, which takes place just before Why 2025. While we will have access to the stage itself, all equipment will be removed, meaning we will need to install our own sound and lighting systems. This allows us to customize the setup to best fit our needs while still benefiting from an existing stage structure.
