The parking team is responsible for getting cars to their VIP parking spots and helping people get to the field using their car, but saving it for the days during the event itself.

Making parking awesome once more.

All cars need to stay off the field during the event, so we need some orderly parking for the cars during the event.

This team takes care of all your VIP parking needs.

Should we include Logistics Entrance in scope as well, check with PL and Team:Off-site transportation
- Yes => Plan, procedure, communication and scoping?
Amount and type of vehicles required to park.
Sizing of guest/speaker and performers parking.
Taxi/Uber service/accommodation required?
- Yes => Signage and instruction to avoid jams.
Running baggage service as well?
- Yes => Gators, volunteers, coordination and pick-up and drop-off locations to be scheduled
Parking ticket validation?
- Yes => Ensure proper tooling Ticket & Entrance (???) available.
Scale capacity to accommodate arriving visitors on T-1 and T0 day.
Scale capacity to accommodate leaving visitors on T+4 day.
Routing to parking can we 'split' visitors and suppliers easy?
- No => Signage and routing instructions to avoid 'vehicles at wrong location overload'.
People are stressed out on arrival/departure days, instructions should be clear and where possible be given in advance.
Amenities should be available for parking and logistics duty, this includes shelter, snacks, drinks, WiFi and toilet.
