Wishes for merch of WHY2025

Make it awesome yet again! Be cost neutral before the event or aim for a 5% margin Make it more simple, less different types of t-shirt but still have different designs Make the merch as inclusive as possible, have sizes that fit for everyone :) Not just a black t-shirt

Process & timeline

3. Conceptualize	Form ideas on how to shape the products based on huisstijl	September 2024
4. Design ← Current phase	Come up with a feasible and awesome design for each product	Done by end of November 2024
5. Shop opens	Publish design with team:info and people can start ordering merch	December 2024
6. Order	We place the final order at the manufactures	Spring 2025
7. Delivery	Hand out all the merch to the participants!	WHY2025

Wristbands

Merch is also responsible for ordering the access wristbands.

It is a bit unclear at this moment how many and which colors we should order but it will be posted here as soon as that's known.

Otherwise we're requesting quotes from a different places, Multistrype(CCC manufacturer), Eigenlabel(SHA manufacturer), and Zhongshan Hongdebo Crafts Co., Ltd. (potential lanyard manufacturer for WHY).
