Team:Info
Team:Info serves as the central hub for gathering, organizing, and disseminating crucial information at WHY2025.
Comprised of dedicated individuals with a passion for knowledge and organization, our mission is to ensure that all attendees have access to the information they need to make the most out of their experience. To get information out even before the event, keep an eye out for posts on our social media pages.

The Team
Responsibilities*:
- Information Gathering: Team:Info is responsible for gathering pertinent details about the event and any other relevant information.
- Organization: We meticulously organize all gathered information into easily accessible formats, ensuring that attendees can quickly find what they're looking for.
- Communication: Keeping lines of communication open is vital.
Team:Info communicates with other teams to gather updates and ensure that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
- On-Site Assistance: During the event, team members serve as information ambassadors, providing assistance to attendees and answering any questions they may have.
Roles*:
- Team Lead: Oversees Team:Info, coordinates tasks, and ensures that all responsibilities are carried out efficiently.
- Information Gatherers: These team members are responsible for scouring various sources to gather all relevant information about the event.
- Content Organizers: They take the gathered information and structure it in a logical and easily navigable manner, creating schedules, maps, and other informational resources.
- Communications Liaison: Acts as the bridge between Team:Info and other teams, ensuring that information flows smoothly and any updates are promptly communicated.
- On-Site Assistants: These team members are stationed at the Info Desk at a central location on the terrain, providing real-time assistance to attendees. They are assisted by Angels.
(*) Please note that this list of responsibilities and roles is not exhaustive and may be subject to change as the needs of the team evolve. We remain flexible and open to incorporating new ideas and adjusting our structure to better serve the goals of Team:Info.
