Now we know approximately how many *young* kids we have we can go ahead an get some quotes. We can tweak amount of time/days perhaps, lets see when we have initial quotes.

FYI https://speelparkdeswaan.nl/ is in the vicinity of the event area, in case some 'regular kids activities' are needed. Nancy has warm contacts there if we have a use for it.

We consider providing (basic) infrastructure for a kitchen area, in one of the main tents.
Question: Does this conflict with the (contracts with) food vendors? Boekenwuurm: No

We thought about taking up the offer from projectleiding, but we do not see the added bonus in requireing it.

Discussed a little about getting a little more coherent about how we schedule stuff and how active we are communicating. Lets be clear about what we can expect and when.
