0. Intro rounds o/

1. Feedback from Orga meet 

   3 questions for us:
   1. Double-check budgets and figure out if we are not wasting anything. Do smart shopping. (for example daycare)
   2. List of tiny-tasks in preparation to the event for people who do not want to commit fully -> https://wiki.why2025.org/Tiny_Tasks
   3. Team:Waste would like to know some expectations and things that might be different from last time

2. Budget [Pikachu can check if fhp wants to do this because he did so last time] 

   - TODO: get quotes for bouncycastle/ballpit/sandpit/etc
   - TODO: get quotes for daycare

3. Sysadmin update 

   - DONE: There is a mailinglist, we should test it and then put it as main contact on the wiki [haakjes]
   - Seems OK, just make sure we immediately accept incoming email.

4. Content meetup 

   - TODO: Organise the wiki to allow projects to be created. For inspiration, see: https://wiki.mch2022.org/Team:Family [autkin]

5. Volunteering update 

   - kids angels are great again
   - DONE: t-shirts are also a go, but they want estimates. Todo: ask sebastius what they ordered last time [haakjes] -> no specific numbers are available, so we'll just have to give our best estimates
   - TODO: ask team:vollunteer for the kids-angels that did shifts in MCH2022 [haakjes]

6. Terrain update 

   - Nothing to do here

7. ROC update 

   - DONE mail for -1 and 0 portos - [Pikachu] - send

8. Boels - reminder 

   - quick check shows we have 650 for furniture and fridges in budget, seems to be in line with 681,- as indicated in the Boels sheet. LGTM.
   - DONE notify onsite logistics Sim - Sent/Done

9. Info 

   - as soon as we set the contact mail, they'll forward questions from other teams

10. Is openproject needed for us? 

   - Todo: request access for Pikachu / Haakjes / Sim - Might not be worthwhile, I'll keep an eye out for developments.
