"Children during build up
Please note that during build up kids <12 are not allowed on the terrain. Older kids (12+) can help but have to be under adult supervision and wear a hi-vis vest AT ALL TIMES when outside their own tent. Even during non-working hours. If they don’t help with build up, they have to be in the designated safe area."

ELI5 ideas appreciated, will proceed. Pretalx complications we experienced last edition should be resolved this iteration.
Terrain - update
Site visit after liquicity was a bit of a downer, because the terrain was heavily impacted esp. in the area where familyzone was planned. Impact needs to be discussed.
goal is still to have something more clear on sep 7th.
Finance - update?
We did not hear anything from finance, on checking it seems to have gone missing, I have resent the mail during the meeting.
Potentialy writing out vacancy - (when needed, later stage most likely)
possible kid volunteers - writup / email to team volunteers (also: kid-size merch and volunteer shirts were very much appreciated. take budget into account)
