  • Every team is going to voice their wishes, then they try to make a plan
  • Terrein is extremely wet (probably because of all the rain)
  • Lots of obscured water
  • @why2025.org systeminfra requests to sysops

  1. area for family zone with:
     • space for 2 large tents (workshop tent and indoor play/childcare tent)
     • space for bouncy castles / sandpits / activities
     • space for camping for families
  2. no obscured water on or directly next to the family zone
  3. sufficient toilets/showers on or very close to family zone
  4. allow campers of families on the family zone
  5. Far from the noisy Stage area - Suggest the Noise Gradient solution developed for MCH2023
