Howto: Buildup
Requires space, time, and people depends a bit on the number of kids attending the event Number of volunteers needed: maybe a total of 3 or 4 would suffice, for setup and applying the glitter tattoo's Time: the event could take one or two hours at most, setup will take 10 minutes Setup: One or two large tables in a tent (no direct sunlight or rain), benches on either side, covers for the tables, some cups with water and oil (to clean materials) Where stuff comes from: EsteVarda will bring glitters, stencils, glue and brushes. She will not bring covers for the tables or cups for water and oil.
Howto: Teardown
Nothing to throw or give away afterwards. Number of volunteers needed: one person would be enough to clean up afterwards, but the more the merrier Tear down will take 10 minutes
