The concept is to create a vaporwave vision of a persion/middle eastern heaven. So think persion carpets, cushions, moroccan couches, small low tables, etc. The lounge area will have black carpet, with persian carpets dotted around. == Dependencies == * Other teams needed: Volunteers - coordinate seating/tables. == Status == - carpet for lounge area is gathered, stored at hackalot (dark grey/black) maybe enough for entire tent (20m x 25m) (250,-) - ceiling fabric white 300m2 (gathered, 250,-) blue 300m2 (to be acquired: about 500,-) this to create a tent effect, with blue/white stripes, each 3m wide - rope: 5 x 30m - 150m (to be acquired) - lighting: courtesy of Jolien - 14 large led celing lights, multiple small table lights, made from carton (black) leds to be selected/bought, cardboard plenty, only need time and laser cutter budget about 300,- - room dividers to separate eating space from the lounge, perhaps multiple areas in the lounge. Idea is to create frames of about 1mx2m, times 4. Each frame is covered with dark fabric on one side, and laser cut patterns on the other side. Sandwhiched between them is subtle led light. 4 of them tied together with hinges makes a single room divider. Carpet might be thrown away, but there may be a permanent home for some or all of it, to be determined. If thrown away, the carpet will be about 4 cubic meter.
