Definition of team Cohesion
Team cohesion exists to enable people to be together harmoniously. It ensures an event without conflicts, mutual respect, and openness to each other's insights and challenges. In practice, in most non-immediately threatening situations, team Cohesion is deployed first before Security is called in.
