Who are we?
The bar team, as it is now, will take care of all your hydration needs. In conjunction with Team:Foodcourt all your on-site needs for drink, foods and snacks will be taken care of. The Bar team will be coordinated by User:K4T0 and User:JustSem during the pre-event stage. During the event, coordination might be expanded based on demand.
Our Bars
During the event we operate 3 bars with different themes.
Party Bar
The party bar is what it sounds like, situated close to the party area, this is your one-stop-shop for all your beverages! The party bar is open from ~14.00 until a maximum of 02.00, or whenever the animo at the party area dissipates.
Karaoke Bar
The Karaoke bar can be found to the north of the field, next to the arcade. This bar will be open for all your musical needs and will provide the same as the Party Bar. The Karaokebar is open from ~14.00 until a maximum of 02.00, or whenever the animo dissipates.
FoodCourt Bar (Main Bar)
The FoodCourt bar is our main bar. You can find us across the road from the food courts. We want our main bar to have more of a chill, living room kind of vibe, away from all the party noise. You can go here to relax, play some board games, or to meet up with your favorite creatures!
The main bar is open 24/7.
Restrictions
Due to regulatory compliance we can only sell alcoholic beverages between 14.00 and 02.00.
Volunteering
If you wish to join us during the event, please make that known to Heaven, or register in the Angelsystem once it's available. If you wish to join us in pre-event planning, logistics and operation, please contact <TBD>

Description
• The "Bar"-team will organize, build and run the 3 planned Bar area's
Team Bar works closely together with :
• The "Food-Court" team who organize, build and run the food- court.
• The "Music/Entertainment" team who organize the entertainment in the main stage area.
• The "Permits" team who organize the permits for the bar and food.
To do's
• Make terrain plans.
Subteam Bar:
• Make floor plans for Party-stage/Karaoke Bar.
• Make floor plans for "Campsite" Bar.
• Make floor plans for "Food Court" Bar.
• Qualifications needed and which rules apply (e.g. "sociale hygiëne?").
• Find a good seller, make a good deal, and provide the contract to team finance to buy the needed stock in drinks, snacks, etc.
• Set prices for products, discuss them with Treasury.
• Plan all furnishing you will need like fridges, taps, bar-counter, bins etc.
• Get furniture and decorations.
• Devise smart volunteer setup (how will volunteers sell stuff, what distinctive roles, what do they need to know etc).
• Devise a plan to stock bars during event.
