=Volunteering= ===During the event=== For people interested in helping during the event, welcome! We can really use your help! Please bear in mind that the following applies: * You must be at least '''16''' years old to do '''any''' work for the Bar team. * If you are '''under''' the age of 18 and you wish to work behind the bar, someone from bar coordination might ask you for an ID to prove that you're 16 or over. We can't help that, it's simply a legal requirement. You are free to refuse this, but it will limit what we'll be allowed to let you do. * You being able to speak a basic form of English is a nice-to-have. If you wish to serve as bar angel, sign up in the Angel System and come to any announced introductory meetings. These meetings - if held - will be held in both Dutch and English ===Before the event=== As of right now (25/05/2025) most of the preparation has been handled. You are however, still very welcome to help us out. Please contact K4T0@why2025.org if you're interested. From 4-8 August we can use your help for the build-up. We will list our requests through the Angels desk. ==Our Bars== During the event we operate 3 bars with different vibes. ===Party Bar=== The party bar is what it sounds like, situated close to the party area, this is your one-stop-shop for all your beverages! The party bar is open from ~14.00 until a maximum of 02.00, or whenever the animo at the party area dissipates. ===Karaoke Bar=== The Karaoke bar can be found to the north of the field, next to the arcade. This bar will be open for all your musical needs and will provide the same beverages as the Party Bar. The Karaokebar is open from ~14.00 until a maximum of 02.00, or whenever the animo dissipates. ===FoodCourt Bar (Main Bar)=== The FoodCourt bar is our main bar. You can find us across the road from the food court. Our main bar will have more of a chill, living room kind of vibe, away from all the party noise. You can go here to relax, play some board games, or to meet up with your favorite creatures.
