We need safety vests for all people on the field during buildup and teardown.

- Calculate amount of vests needed
- Contact teams if they need distinguishable vests
- Get a proper quote
- Design a print
- Arrange ordering by warehouse with delivery & storage way BEFORE the event so we can bring it to the field
- Determine policy on 'when do you give the safety vest back and when can you keep it'
