This project is highly uncertain, but the goal is to provide battery powered installations (or singular) to WHY. This might help with voltage dips and offers a way to experiment with some terrain peak shaving.
This might be a tiny project, on a desk, in a single village, or perhaps; NUTS willing, this could be a bit larger, if we can keep it affordable and safe.
