Continuing delivering on time. We received 10 of the ESP32-P4 v0.1 sample chips. 5 pieces for Prototype2 5 pieces for Prototype3 Our BadgeHub Team is having fun. Support Team regarding Documentation and Testing ramping up. Support Team Applications are scheduled for March2025. We are open for new team members.

- No update, no vacancies, everything is going fine - We have been in contact with Team:Terrain about the CTF tent location, which is going fine as well

Team:On-site transportation

No update. Check out the notes from fall fest.

Team:Off-site transportation

No update, because no team members.

Team:Shuttle

Meeting somewhere coming weeks. Check out the notes from last saturday to find out the latest on team shuttle.

Team:Warehouse

Start letting us know what you need, so we can start building the list of stuff that needs to be in the warehouse.

Be early with your orders, so we can get it as cheap as possible.

Team:Waste

Team:NUTS (Power, Lighting and Sanitation)

  • request to team terrain for mapping out ducts, troughs, duikers, zinkers where cables can be pulled trough.

Team:ROC

  • no update, I (MrLinux) am on Holiday until 15/9, I'll answer all the e-mail questions for after 15/9
  • We have a tetra-network day on the 5th of October to test the setup.

Team:Sponsors

  • We are working on an intermediate version of the sponsor brochure, this to inform potential sponsors.
  • We even have a new member for our team.
  • We are planning our next meeting.
  • We will update our wiki
  • The design/huisstijl needs to be finished to finish up the graphic design for the brochure.
  • Piiindakaas is checking with Rizoom, if help is needed. Then PL will help to find the help for brochure team.

We are now two teams, horeca will be Team:Bar and Team:Foodcourt. That was already shared last meeting but Nancy forgot to change it ;)

There will be four bars in lieu of 3 - one half-bar will be moved into food court Also looking into making a merch beer (or, alternatively, relabelling an exiting one), so cans of beer with the WHY style and logo and etc

Not much to report, making a plan, getting quotes, starting to plan what is needed to setup the foodcourt.

Team:Moebelhaus

  • Timeline updates:
   * When do we open the moebelhaus shop
       * Mid of March: ~20.03.25
   * When do we close it
       * 2 weeks before the event: 19.07.25
   * When do we order items
       * 6-7 days in advance to the event (depending on tent build up): 02.08.25
       * 3-4 days after the event: 16.08.25

Visited the municipality, we got more information on how to request the permist. We will send out the preregistration tomorrow. We got to know the the administration personal, everything is new to them for this city. We are in good contact with them, which will hopefully help to get the permit.

Dany: we have the register sociale hygiene now: https://www.registersocialehygiene.nl/ note that if your sociale hygiene is from before juli 2023 you need to reconfirm in the new register.

Q&A

  • Do we have generic insurance for things on the field?
   * Henry: Insurance is being worked on, are soon as we have information we will share this.
  • Cato: There seems to be an issue with the maillist. It seems to be broken, example the sending mail to the productiehuis, however it bounced.
   * Support ticket is being picked up by team: sysadmin
   * Update will follow on what kind of e-mail and tickets will be out there.
