• Trying to find a Safe and Quiet location on the field
• Of course, we will be in contact with Team:Terrain.
• We hope there will be a "Sound Gradient" in effect

• finalizing call for papers, finalizing content streams
  • Wonderful creations, things you made (show and tell)
  • Hacking, Things you broke, fixed, fixed by breaking
  • Yearn for a bitter future, self-improvement, ethics, privacy creating a better world
  • The square hole, if the other streams don't fit it fits into the square hole
  • Foundation, present to people with little previous knowledge about your topic and grow the community

Team:Ticket & Entrance

• Slowly starting to think about setting up pretix
• Looking to purchase new ticket scanners to replace the 12-year-old ones. If your team needs dedicated scanners, let us know
• POS Topics will be relocated to a Team:POC subteam this time

Team:CTF

• No mentionable updates, we got a team of 5 people now, working on our budget, wiki, planning, challenges

Team:On-site transportation

• Kind of planning for LSD location. Will need an amount of large steel dirtmats
• Manduca is starting up the Boels order. If you need anything from boels, let me know. (look at boels.nl)

Team:Power

• Teamlead: CaptainPower (Glenn)
• Some previous MCH team members joining again
• More people from captainpower joined the team
• Power can likely be drawn from on-site transformer (with optional batteries for peak shaving). No generators!
• More info about power system on the field coming when we visit liquicity on buildup.

• Requested an offer from a supplier
• Trying to figure out how many radios we need
• Might be able to borrow radios for a better price, which we'll know after summer.

• prep for permits, safety plans before the 1st of October

• we have 2 more members, working on 3rd one

Team:NOC

• There is a fiber connection on the field but not exactly what's needed so we need to check if we can get the fiber patch for a new fiber for the higher speed.

Team:POC

• this time we would like to make phone and POS into one team

Team:Permits

• Dave is here, what is the history of permits (outside this meeting?)

Team:Villages

• just started, one new additional person
• support needed with required plug-ins in wiki for village registration

Questions

Q (Martin): Will there be onsite supermarket again? Who is going to take care of onsite food corner? A (Henry): Probably part of Horeca, questions to them or Henry.

Q: pictures from the field to share? Of the status of the field? A: Not yet organised. Also, the field was in the condition after the wettest months in years. So take that in mind when you see the pictures. Ask to put the anonymised pictures on the wiki with next mailing
