   getting CfP ready, pretty much spell check
   needs pretalx to be set up by Sysadmin

   working on longer-form blog

   We filled our Wiki page with info
   We provided our budget request to Team:Finance
   We are in contact with Team:Sponsors about a potential CTF sponsor

       Dany mentioned pretalx will soon be able to show community content (at least: that is what Team Content wants and is looking into)

   Working on documents for permit, plans for safety

   getting started (wiki, mailinglist etc)
   working on getting a fiber connection via provider already on-site (Solcon/FiberNH) and SURF (via InHolland). Hopefully fully sponsored?
   budget mostly done
   on-site network planning can get started once first maps (terrain layout) are there
   question: are we reusing mch2022 mailing lists, or creating new ones?

Team: NUTS

   with the field visit more info about the transformer and other electrical cabins
       was positive about state of grassland after rain
   planning to run everything on fixed cabling from transformer instead of generators
   possibly supported by batteries
   have a rough sketch to start planning power infra, but need first suggestion of map from team terrain
   request to teams: if you have special power needs, reach out soon

Q&A:

Nancy: does sysadmin need help to ease pressure? Lea: best ask Wouter (Xesxen)

Piiindakaas: we’re using OpenProject for overall planning, and teams can also have their own planning on that system if they want. Reach out to me if you want one.

Dave: volunteered for permits but busy until September Nancy: ok, thanks

Dany: if you have cool people you would like to see, reach out to team content’s mailing list! (content@lists.ifcat.org)If you already have contact, or just saw someone cool. For team cohesion: if you have ideas, please reach out

Dave: EMF had artists doing lots of exhibitions, was cool, will we have something similar? Dany: suggestions like this are very welcome, please reach out!

Lukas: is communication from outsiders to orga and teams? e.g. mailing list does not seem to get new content? Nancy: some mails have been sent

Redlizard: only 60% of teams have mails listed on wiki, 40% IRC. That’s too low, please fix it
