- Tickets & badges
Team:Badge had a budget for 3200 badges, we want badges for all people 3500, then we if we want 250 more, then we decided not to give the last 250 people badges. Just make sure to not be the last to pickup you wristband.
- Volunteer food
We guaranteed you volunteerfood, but we couldn't get it financially working with Meckelenburg. So we currently in negotiation for alternatives to this, Team:Volunteers is working hard on getting it fixed.
- Orga meet Saturday

This is the best moment to get the last stuff coordinated, please be there if you can.
Q: When does it start. A: It will actually start at 14:00 just because we want to make sure everyone will be able to meet.

Pikachu: - We have decided on a daycare provider and are now finalyizing on it. - Send an updated boelslist on time with the fencing included. - Warehouse has been contacted with a list of items. - Water will need to be connected to one of the tents. - A couple of subprojects are moving forward.

Simon: - Building list of items for an "Accessibility FAQ". Will work with Team:Info to incorperate what is already known and other teams to create a WIKI page for all the info. Maybe a QR code to link direct for people to scan. - Need to speak to various teams to confirm information for this (emails will be coming out) - Another volunteer made contact, providing insights as a first time attendee to a hacker camp to help figure out what is important for pre and on day information - Agreed use of "Accessible Parking" rather than "Disabled" with Boekenwuurm, Parking and Terrain. Use of International Symbol of Access agreed. - Previous discussions with Henry on number of accessible toilets/showers. Need to confirm where these will be place to ensure noted in FAQs - Provided information - do we need multiple languages, large pint options etc? To be discussed - Will reach out to relevant teams about harm reduction approaches to people who have used substances, low risk but was a question raised by email - Will speak to Team:Food about food options, if more known yet and if we can share headlines especially around allergies and options to enable people to plan ahead if they need to bring food with them - Will liaise with relevant teams to understand emergency procedures and ensure that those with additional needs can be planned for - Working with Nancy to understand specific mobility needs for attender and also for an orga. Xesxen: - currently working on BadgeHub stuff to get it up and running. - handeling tickets where needed.

Gina: - We have added a display of wikipages to the web map; currently we hardcoded some of the urls, but this will be moved to a system like MCH with the wiki-handels.
- Generally the layout of the map was updated, if you have feedback please let us know.
- Added doors to buildings
- enable the display by clicking the three stripes ('hamburger') menu on the top right and enable layers -> general -> doors
- please leave feedback if you have opinions about the doors on your tent
- Klic melding (underground details of the terrain) stuff will be added to the database soon (as in hopefully during the meeting)
Call for action: Feedback on the position of the doors. When you do see doors, then that's where they are planned. If you want to have them any different place. No doors, then it will be finalized on the field.

- Since last Thursday we have a 400Gbit link up and running between Science Park Amsterdam and Inholland Alkmaar (thanks SURF and Nico for driving over from Germany).
- Last section from Inholland to the field to built beginning of July.

Mack: - Little surpise as we didn't received information on stage 4 (Delphius). It's getting sorted out though.

IcyPalm: - We had a planning meeting, first draft of village placement - About 50% has been planned, and 70% of people. - Final date is july 1st if you want a village on the map/field. - Village Hardware wants a specific location, but we need to find a solution that works for them.
Redlizard: The tent supplier needs to know what tents need accessibility tents. Can we get this information from the village information. Jeroen: For the sponsor and village tents, there is 5 accessibility plates. Redlizard: The tent vendor want to know more information.
