According to the poll, sunday at 19:00 seems like the best time for the recurring meeting.

   - [ ] Tell PL we want 4 stages (3 main + 1 foundation) - MiFareLady (MiFareLady: done, no response from PL)
   - [ ] Set up list of external review & process (Unattributed)

I wil create a draft for the review process, based on MCH's and things discussed in the first meeting (Dany)

   - [ ] Define the roles of the subteams on the Wiki (Hugh/Kirils)
   - [ ] High level Gantt chart of subteam work intensity (Kirils)
   - [ ] Circulate a way to express availability (Hugh)
   - [ ] Start agenda for the next meeting (Nicolas)

2. Set some deadlines/timeline around the CfP 3. Pretalx? MiFareLady: I talked to sysadmin and they had the following feedback: Last time Pretalx was quite heavy in terms of system load (especially considering it had little traffic to handle) and the static site exporter often did not work at all. Can we look together at possible alternatives to WHY?
