* email templates for inviting speakers will be finished the week of the 9th of april
* Sysadmin wants data for their dashboard, they can show the number of submissions, they can pull that from the pretalx api. We want to pull that figure from the dashboard if we think it hurts submissions. -> Chantal replied to Sysadmin
* cyber circus:  we as team content are going to take it out of the CFP. Milliways will be fully responsible. -> Dany
* Sticky note session: 28-29 June, probably at Hack42 (Arnhem) PUT IT IN YOUR CALENDAR!
* Zammad we be taking turns in reading emails, if you need to look more than 2 minutes before knowing what to respond, ask in the signal group. 
** First week: Nicolas
** Second week: Mifarelady
** Mifarelady will be organising zammad with tags and stuff
* Speaker whishlist: next meeting we will select. Next two weeks fill up the list a little more

- Speakerwishlist: No objections, move forward with reach out
- Reach out: Divide list outside of meeting and go with reach out
    - We will discuss any funding needs later on, when we have the information.
- Go on starting blind reviewers process
    - Create blind reviewers test team
    - Go through proposal to see if they are blind (no speaker names in abstract + description), if not remove identifying content and save old version so we can put it back
    - add to blind reviewers manual that they agree with the code of conduct
    - send blind reviewers manual
    - make blind reviewers team
    - make sure they can review
