Team:Entertainment asked for facilitiatiing entertainment on the CFP, our CFP form can use a simple easy to understand 'this session type is for entertainment' not everyone might get the philosopy behind the CFP, so good to lower the barrier for that.

Felix from team:entertainment here. As discussed previously, we were hoping you’d be able to arrange for an Entertainment flow on the public CfP form. We’ve prepared some copy as below, would this be something you could set up? Please let me know what else you need from me.
Pitch: We are looking for musicians, artists, performers, and similar to help us put on a great show! Specifically, we would love to hear from the following acts:
- Solo musicians - Bands - Disk jockeys - Beautiful noisy machines - Comedians - Podcasts - Cabaret and burlesque performers “
Info to be provided: - Name - Email - Performance name - Quantity of (human) performers - Technical requirements (DJ equipment, microphones, back line, outputs, etc)

We need to ask Team:Entertainment if they have stages and stuff, Or mighth need our place - Jos sends an email (done) Dany will update the CFP form to accomodate.

- Reviewer can 'sponsor' a proposal - Reviewer can warn about people/talks not belonging on the event -

Jos: Getting more people is good, and we can use more people on the team. But at some point we want to vet people in some way, shape or form and not just let anyone join the core team that wants Erik: Let people apply with a short paragraph of text as motivation.
- Dany will update the wiki page a bit with new meeting dates. On the same days as the bi-weekly why orga all hands.
