Team-updates

Moebelhaus

Been busy with congres
Discus the shop setup and content.
Need to discus whether the "must order tent" requirement stays.

On-site Logistics

Nu update

Off-site Logistics

No lead

Shuttle

Couldn't join, but send update beforehand
Needs 6 shuttle vans.
That was where Manduca was aiming for, but nothing has been rented yet.
The WHYCast mentioned a vacancy for shuttle lead. Did seems to be a mistake. Crablab will contact Nancy.

Warehouse

Better location now
Objects on the map are not to scale yet, so it still looks small.
Will startup in February.

Waste

Manduca still needs to talk to them about the location of the Waste area.

Terrain update

Updated everyone on what was discussed in the physical meet in Amerrrrrsfoort.

Discussed routing of traffic.
Basic idea is to keep standards Logistics deliveries to the west.
Visitors/villages/camper entering will be from the North (roundabout) through the parking, and on to the terrain (with guidance) via de Wagenweg and leaving the terrain to the east over the Wagenweg of back to the parking to park.
Talked about road-mats over the fields for the main roads, to protect the terrain and keep them usable. Terrain is thinking about that.
Shuttle will operated from the parking
Luggage shuttle will also operate from the parking and will have drop-off points along the hardened road.
Had discussion about keeping the Wagenweg free from blockage
Road into the terrain will be closed or managed with security (also the bicycle route form north to south).
Entrance to LSD trip will be gated/managed
There will be security at the east-entrance of the Wagenweg.
This can be used to manage possible conflicts with trucks in both direction. Needs to be worked out.
Basis draft Manduca sent Terrain before the physical meet:
