General remarks

• In the minutes of the orga meet yesterday (https://wiki.why2025.org/Orga_Jitsi_November_2024) I noticed a call from Team:Info for a contact for several teams in the meeting (on-site, off-site, shuttle and warehouse). I suggested the leads send Info a mail.
• On-site: Please fill in the roster on our main page!
• If you want, you can add yourself to the logistics-leads mailinglist.

Team-updates

Moebelhaus

• A shop has been requested.
• Now focussing on CCC.
• We start beginning of next year.

On-site Logistics

• No update

Shuttle

• Hopes shuttles are on the budget.
• Figure out what the shuttle tickets will cost.
• Discussing shuttle stop with parking.
• Will be shuttle to Alkmaar Station

Warehouse

• Way to early :) .

Waste

• Will probably join next time.

Boels update

• No new updates from teams.
• Need to push Boels to deliver a first quote.

Terrain feedback

Is there any feedback on the terrain to share with Team:Terrain:

• Campers near entry road to LSD (LSD trip).
• Location (and size) of warehouse
• Logistic traffic routes?

NUTS feedback

Mostly teams need power:

• Charging vehicles (Shuttles and stuff).
• Warehouse
• LSD
• Waste (trash-compactors)

If possible Manduca would like water somewhere for the espressomachine.

Next Meeting

• Will be december 5th, people with kids might have challanges that evening?
