a setup for availability has been b=made. please ad your availability to the table so a roster can be made.
Terrain map
more info certainly has been disclosed Comments were made on the size of warehouse and the location, this has already been discussed at fallfest orgameet with team terrain. question has been asked about the lack of specific team tents, fighter explains that draft 2's main concern was to deal with the rough layout of the terrain and how to handle the possible state of the terrain. all in all no big remarks were made.- all tough it would be nice to rename the boneyard to logistic storage domain aka LSD!
Closing remarks
lumi asked about the availability of furniture for villages and sponsors and when it will be known. fighter explains that moebelhaus can place an order based upon the rentals of mch, the boels order was then adjusted to reflect mch orders. lumi asked about the distribution of furniture to teams. fighter explains that teams order furniture with us(manduca or fighter) and reserve it with boels. meubelhous can order what i thinks it needs for villages and sponsors based upon previous experience. these orders will be combined and send toe boels. for the distribution part on site moebelhous wil receive the furniture orders placed with onsite so they know what needs to go were.
since there was a low turn-up it was suggested to bring the meeting to the attention of people in advance so more people show up.
wheeze remarked that the onsite contact email was set to manducas, this was changed to the logistics mailing list.
