   Dany is still working on this, will send out an email to the mailinglist about this next week.

   Test environment is ready, production environment would be nice. Deadline is 1st of July, going live with it on the 8th of august.

2. Budget MiFareLady talked to PL about budget. There is very little possibility to give hotel rooms to speakers in the direct area. PL is opting for trailers on the terrain. PL wants to know if we want those. But we don't know what they cost yet. Conclusion: we need more information before we can say yes or no. What do they cost, what do they look like? There is a bungalowpark near the terrain that has some rooms we could book, these have not been booked yet. There's also glamping tents.

Do we want to make changes to the budget? Yes, if we need to put the tents on the budget.

We discussed making a wishlist for the budget to discuss next time.
