• Updated on Zammad: (as there's a small chance I won't join tonight / join late as i'm traveling). Sysadmin should be finalizing this for us; shared a list of users to sysadmin to add, as they'll move the email over to Z, so we have continuity.

• Discuss / start planning physical meeting of team content for finalizing the schedule (so we can all find suitable dates and plan ahead!)

Meeting Notes

• email templates for inviting speakers will be finished this week
• Sysadmin wants data for their dashboard, they can show the number of submissions, they can pull that from the pretalx api. We want to pull that figure from the dashboard if we think it hurts submissions.
• cyber circus: we as team content are going to take it out of the CFP. Milliways will be fully responsible.
• Sticky note session: 28-29 June, probably at Hack42 (Arnhem) PUT IT IN YOUR CALENDAR!
• Zammad we be taking turns in reading emails, if you need to look more than 2 minutes before knowing what to respond, ask in the signal group.
  • First week: Nicolas
  • Second week: Mifarelady
  • Mifarelady will be organising zammad with tags and stuff
• Speaker whishlist: next meeting we will select. Next two weeks fill up the list a little more

  • Put a little note that there is not a cybercircus anymore, due to change of plans,
• Add your whishlist speakers to the whishlist We will discuss them on the 23rd of April
