   - We will discuss any funding needs later on, when we have the information.

- Go on starting blind reviewers process

   - Create blind reviewers test team
   - Go through proposal to see if they are blind (no speaker names in abstract + description), if not remove identifying content and save old version so we can put it back
   - add to blind reviewers manual that they agree with the code of conduct
