1. Nancy: Is our contact from PL, she is joining the Milliways meeting tonight to see what the plans are and get everything alligned. Opportunity to get questions and concerns also alligned.

   - concerns about how many people can fit in the spiegeltent -> theatre setting fits 350. 
   - Safety concerns about popular speakers and when more then 350 people want to see that speaker.

       - There is discussion on whether to treat Milliways like one of the large tents or like one of the small village tents. Need to revisit. -> theatre setting fits 350

       - Agreement to move forward with Federated schedule idea (smaller tents in the big agenda)
       - Done, access management needs to be setup for team:content, and it needs to be tested

       - 21st July decision of CFP text
       - Soft launch 8th of august (team:info -> MiFareLady)
       - xx August (date already agreed) CFP gets published
       - 25th May 2025 CFP closes
