The main components of the village have been sorted out, thanks to our sponsors and our orga crew. That includes 4 large tents, a kitchen and many smaller items. However, we rely on '''YOU''' for smaller things (including good mood ;-). Please add yourself to the following table, so we can track what is missing or duplicate.

Notes:
* if two of you bring something (for example a kart), simply duplicate the corresponding line.
* we will provide plates and cutlery (plastic and/or bamboo), but not any many as we may need. So feel free to bring your own by preference!

Lighting cannot be underestimated!
Considering the tents have a white plastic roof, 4 uplighter sun-strength floodlights would be great. Dimmable would be even better...
For decoration, christmas light strings are also nice.
