|Village planning notes=we have been to camps before, but this is our first time organizing a village. we are all members of the hackerspace TechInc in amsterdam. our intention is mainly to have all our stuff together in one place to make it easier to meet up. it would be really really great if we could have a spot with some natural shadow from trees, but I know those spots are rare and much wanted. hopefully we will organize some tarps and personal chairs too, but I'm not expecting much. I expect us to mostly rely on FoodHackingBase infrastructure for our kitchen needs, however far away that might end up being. hopefully not too far. we mostly just want to get a good night's sleep in our village and have a place to sit together. I'm not quite sure how much space we need for that, I've just made a guesstimate. if there is a queer cluster, we would fit into that as well, we have a lot of trans/nonbinary(-ish) members and friends. please contact me (Li0n) if you have any more questions.

update: as for "big" stuff, we are bringing 2 construction fence banners (bouwhekdoeken), and we might be bringing 2 party tents. the banners are pvc mesh, "winddoorlatend", so hopefully no hazard.

===pro tips for surviving hackercamps===
* earplugs for sleeping are a must
* shade is everything
* blinkenlights everywhere
* use glowsticks on tent wires to prevent accidents in the dark
* if a talk you want to attend is full or you're running late, you can watch them live at streaming.media.ccc.de.
