The party is at Hackalot, Fransebaan 93, 5627 JP Eindhoven. This is located 6 km north of the city center. There are parking spots at the nearby Jumbo.

A closed meeting for team leads of the core orga of WHY2025.

We will evaluate the preparation and running of WHY2025 with the team leads of the 42 teams.

Goal of this session:

We have an external facilitator who will do the session with us.
There will be space for all the feedback on this camp and a way to "catch and keep" the succesfactors and the lessons learned for the orga of 2029.

The programme is designed to have us connect, discuss, and evaluate what it was like to prepare and run WHY2025. We do that in order to anchor and document our lessons learned and the areas of improvement, for our successors and/or our future selves.

We'll use facilitated formats, in three successive thematic steps:

1. Connecting and looking back - exploring together what matters about your own experience and our shared experience of preparing and running WHY2025;

2. Exploring how we've learned to lead our teams, to build on each other's strengths and responsibilities;

3. Lastly, we tie the strands together to anchor what knowledge and practices we cherish and want to pass on!

Throughout the afternoon, we'll alternate from individual reflection, to sharing in pairs/triads/groups, to full-on plenary discussion. This is intended to help us think, share, listen and speak in equitable measures.

We aim to send you home feeling positive, having shared your own insights and having taken note of others.

The parking area will be directly after you enter the ground, next to the roundabout. During build-up, you will be guided into a queue on the right hand side on the field and from there to the parking spots.
Please make sure to have your pakring ticket ready!
Proper sinage wil be visible and angels will guide you.

A dedicated luggage shuttle will run from the parking section to the info tent. It will run when it is full, lastest every 30 minutes. So pleae make sure to pick up your stuff timely, so the space is freed up again.

For safety reasons read [[Facilities#Power|this first]], before connecting your equipment. The distribution cabinets on the fields can be used to power your stuff. They are placed about 25 meters apart. Be kind and share your power with your neighbours. Keep things dry! Use SCHUKO plugs, we don't facilitate the BLUE 16A CEE plugs. There are some 400V/32A 5pol. sockets too for villages and bigger projects. Consult [mailto:Glenn@captainpower.nl Team:NUTS] if you need to use one of those for big stuff like pizza ovens. You cannot use full power everywhere. Try to cook on gas instead of electricity.

Since we cannot allow too many cars on the field during build-up, we built a tool to help visitors to distribute their arrival over time. By setting the 'Build-up-Time slot' value on your User-Page on the wiki you can indicate when you want to arrive and enter the field with a vehicle. Please also register in the angel system if you want to arrive during (early) build-up.

Either you are part of a village (see [[Villages]]) or you can use some of the unassigned / free for all space which is highlighted in the online map as 'free for all'.

The most obvious way to provide a sleeping space it bring your own tent and camp on the field. There are no requirements for small tents. Small tents provide sleeping space for a maximum of 5 persons, and include small pavilions.

* Parking capacities (based on https://lokaleregelgeving.overheid.nl/CVDR667932/1#bijlage_4):
** 1200 cars will be parked
** 2.5m x 4,5m per spot ~ 13.500 m2 (excluding parking roads)
** Width of complete aisle (angled parking, access road, angled parking) ~ 4m + 5m + 4m ~ 13m
** This will give you roughly 14 aisles with length of 200 meter (TODO: recalculate later, this seems wrong and make picture)
** Turns and other heavy use areas might need road plates as well (TODO: calculate)
** For the heavy-use staging/luggage unloading area you will need roughly 30x20 meter = 600m2 of road plates.
** Special (bigger) spots for: handicaped, truck, cars with trailers, <s>electric charging</s> (optional)
