==Definition of team Cohesion==
Team Cohesion exists to enable people to be together harmoniously.
It tries to ensure an event without conflicts, mutual respect, and openness to each other's insights and challenges. <br>
In practice, in most non-immediately threatening situations, team Cohesion is deployed first before Security is called in.
Cohesion is about fixing where possible. Talking about problems and listening to concerns.

==Contacting Team Cohesion==
If you need to talk to someone about *anything* related to WHY2025 you can always reach out to us, before, during and after the event per e-mail at cohesion@why2025.org (more ways of communication to be added). This really can be about anything, from gross misconduct, if you just need to vent a little, want to speak to a confidant (vertrouwenspersoon), everything is fine. We will keep your information confidential and won't share it with anyone outside the Cohesion team unless we are allowed to do so.

* Create, maintain and improve the [[Code_of_Conduct]] (CoC)
* Confidential advisors (in Dutch: vertrouwenspersoon)
* Escalation & de-escalation channel

This is my first hacker event! After helping out and attending MCH, my love (and husband) Winko told me he’d found a community of open-minded people—a place that felt like coming home. So this time, I’m joining him. That’s my WHY.

Now the WHO:
I’m not a hacker in the electronics sense, but I do hack all sorts of things in my studio and around the house. As an artist, I love experimenting with new techniques, and using whatever’s at hand to make things work.
At the core of my work lies a deep exploration of what it means to be human—our vulnerabilities, our strength, and the constant drive to connect with one another and the world around us. I create semi-figurative sculptures in glass, ceramics, bronze, composites, textiles, and more. Curious? You can check out my work at fleurvandenberg.nl.

I also love sharing what I know, so I give courses and group workshops in my studio: workshopsleiden.art.

And finally, the WHAT:
I’m really looking forward to diving into WHY25—meeting new people, learning new things, and dancing until I drop. To help make it all happen, I’ve joined Team Cohesion, and I’ll also be helping Konmei with Chaos Post.
