Facilities
Angel desk
This is where we recieve newly arrived angels, assign shifts, print angel badges, hand out volunteer shirts, safety vests and such.
- Behind the Angel desk, there will be shelving to store aforementioned supplies, as well as a fridge with drinks for angels to buy during buildup and teardown, or to be awarded to particularly helpful angels.
- The desks will have fans to cool the Angels working desk shifts.
Angel chill area
This is where angels can go to take a rest.
- We want to have comfy seating and cooling shade in this area.
- We want to ensure that this is a task-free environment without interferance from regular visitors.
Dining hall
This is where all volunteers can get food with either a food ticket or an orga wristband.
- There will be water kettles, coffee machines, microwaves and lemonade available for volunteers to serve themselves.
Kitchen
The kitchen will be run by the Mecklenburgers and is in a seperate tent directly next to heaven.
Pantry
Cold Storage
We will be renting a fridge container and freezer container.
Storage
There is some storage behind angel desk, bulk supplies will be stored elsewhere (I forgot where).
