• Content planning timeline -> on our wiki page

• Liason with other teams

   * Do we include calls for art? (if yes: need to update CFP text)
   * Do we manage the arts ourselves or do we forward them to other teams?
   * How about the large installations such as the puzzlehunt that has been proposed?

• Review process needs to be formalized and published
• Review guidelines need to be written
• Articles for blog/wiki

   * How to write a CFP article for wiki/blog
   * The philiosphy behind the CFP article for the blog
   * How to give great presentation article (See also Bert Hubert's video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=wurkgAqKm34 Bert also has offered coaching for speakers)

• Reminder Orga meetups:

   * 4 December online (Dany will not attend there.)
   * 14 December in person @Bitlair (Dany will not attend there.)

Katzazi is new joiner, introduced by Kirils. Has some experience in conferences in herald coordination

   Dany is not entirely sure what the high workload items are, Kirils explains sheet put in extra info.

   Yes we do this. CFP text should be adjusted to reflect

Review process

   Didn't we already do this? We have talked about blind/non-blind reviews. we don't have anything written down yet. (in previous years we never had blind reviews, we only talked about this). Pretalx has all we need, we only need to setup two groups of reviewers.
   Dany to throw in the WICCON review guidelines, but extend the point scale to 5 or so to be more nuanced.
   

Articles

   Get some CFP coaching from team content: just write something and ask for help. (don't do this last minute, start early)
   

Orga meet ups

   Katzazi might be at in person meet at the 14th. If nobody can attend, PL appreciates a quick update via mail.
