• The actual happening of the Circus is still unclear

   * Currently still pending. Projectleiding still has to give final confirmation.
       * Feels a bit like PL and Milliways are waiting on eachoter, better reach out (in voice)

• Promo for Team:Content done in episode 1 of WHYcast
• First proposals are in on the CFP
• Team:Cohesion will be renting furniture for the SilentLounge, do we want to join in on that order to have some lounge furniture in the Speakerdesk area?

   * Yes we want some lounge stuffs, hammock/beenbag/couch etc.
   * Also fridge (Moebelhouse/Boels)
   * Also coffee maker

• PL is requesting all teams to put up a timeline on the wiki

   * We do need more people on content
   * Kirils has a some schedule already

• Different time for recurring meeting, as per Kirils request

   * Likely tuesdays, maybe alternate between sundays and tuesdays?
       * So we make it wednesdays at 19:00 for now, 6th of november

• Update from the All hands orga meet
• Incoming ideas for speakers and art:

   * Alwin the traffic light Hacker (via email)
   * Wizard of OS treasure hunt (via email, person unsure if this would fit into the CFP maybe we shoud make the cfp more cleare to also include art and installations)
   * Some installations currently on display in Het Nieuwe Instituut (via dany)
   * jos has three potential artists (that have no schedual issues)
   * rebranding of team music ?

• Erik mentions maybe meet up on with content team at CCC.

   * Monthly online all hands orga meet on jitsi

• Request Zammad (on hold)

   * CCC uses an upgraded Pretalx extra (RT) that has ticketing integrated. Erik will ask if we can use that, possibly around congress/early january perhaps?

• Process for inviting speakers (selection + invite)
• Text for contacting speakers

   * We should have something from MCH that can be reused

• Long form blog on the philosophy behind the CFP (open for now)
• How to CFP guidance for new submitters, reuse old or 'borrow' from others.

   * (Bert Hubert might have written somehting like this edit: he has a video on how to give a good presentation that is good to share with submitters)

• Send out new meet invite for wednesday 6th at 19.00 (dany)
• Reach out to team enterainment about art installations: do they run all of that, or do we keep art on the cfp, or forward those proposals to entertainment. - Lets talk to Nancy at WICCON
• Update older timeplan.ods sheet and share on list (kirils)
