Most of you have gotten an invite for pretalx (that need one). You can create your account and look around in it. It is not yet live so only visible for people with an account.

You can see in the notes (https://pad.ifcat.org/RTmOJgvcTE-W4uBi9QeJ-g?edit) there are still a couple to do's: - we need an email address -> content@why2025.org - [requested by Dany] - we need a ticketing system -> we would want our own instance not shared with other teams, or very separate corner Who would like to pick those up?

For this meeting: - Please let me know if I have forgotten to give you an account or if it's not working - Please check pretalx out and provide any feedback if needed (Dany&Chantal I have also added some faqs) - CFP is prepared and ready to go life - E-mail templates in pretalx

1. 1. Minutes 01-09

• MifareLady is in contact with the website people, the website should be online soon (next week or two)
• Sysadmin has not created e-mail yet [Dany will chase]
• CFP is ready, can be tested by us to see if it works.

   * Maybe add a response option of none for the special formats question
       * "No, I just want to do a regular talk" [dany will add]
   * Main url needs to point to front page.
   * FAQ: we do not like: "No talks aligned with the general spirit of the event or the code of conduct."

• Maybe add custom css to pretalx in huisstijl (later, by people who can write css)
• Ticketing: Zammad? Unless someone comes with a good idea before 7th september we will request access to zammad.
• Add a little WHY flavor to pretalx e-mail templates [Nicolas will create drafts]

   * Date of closing of CFP
   * Note that people can modify submissions until closing date
   * Update e-mail later down the line
   * Add now to tell people that are early submitters that it will take a whle before they heare something
   * Reminders set for november to adjust [MifareLady/Nicolas]

• CFP opening might be tied to the website go-life, depends on Team:Website time horizons
